THE PERSON BEHIND FLG SOLUTIONS
Built from hands-on experience.
FLG Solutions is led by Melvin Washington, a Metro Detroit tile installer with more than a decade of experience on residential and commercial projects. His background includes detailed tile installation and larger commercial flooring projects. That hands-on experience shapes the care we bring to layout, preparation, and installation.
That time on site shapes how FLG Solutions approaches a new request: understand the space, the scope, the budget, and the schedule before talking about a path forward. Photos and clear details help make that conversation useful for everyone.
We welcome inquiries from homeowners as well as commercial property teams. We review your flooring request and follow up to discuss materials, site conditions, access, and the next step.
OUR APPROACH
A straightforward first step.
No pressure to have every detail figured out before you reach out.
Tell us the real scope
A single room, a whole home, or a larger commercial floor all deserve a clear description of what needs doing.
Show us the space
Photos and your location help put your goals in context before a site visit or detailed conversation.
Know the next step
We review what you send and follow up about timing, project fit, and how to move forward.
HOMES & COMMERCIAL SPACES
Different spaces. The same attention to detail.
Residential projects often begin with how you want a room to look and feel. Commercial projects may also involve access, sequencing, and coordination with other trades. Share those details in your request so the conversation starts in the right place.
